We had a great first day of camps. The kids are super nice and respectful. We all had lots of fun. Moses, our host, has brought Hoops for Hope camp to Kenya from what he learned visiting our camp in Uganda last year. The coaches and kids have been through this camp several times before and are good at it. It’s fun to see how Hoops has multiplied through East Africa without our presence in Kenya.

The Peru Team arrived safely this morning in Puerto Maldonado! We are grateful. The HFH teams will begin camps on Monday; one team holding morning and afternoon camps in two gyms, and the other team traveling around to schools and making connections there. The construction crew will partner with the host there for work.

Join us for our Waco Skills Camp on June 14th-17th from 1:00-4:00pm at Highland Baptist Church. This skills camp will also have a volleyball component.

Not available for some of our longer trips? We will have a shorter term trip leaving July 3rd and coming back the 9th. We are excited to see God work during this 3-day camp.

Do you want to minister to kids from Highland’s neighborhood? Come help us out at Highland’s Waco Summer Skills Camps. Camps run from 1:00-4:00 pm Monday-Thursday. We have a basketball and a volleyball component.

Hoops has hosted a camp previously In Eldoret, Kenya with Moses Muge. They are excited about having us return. This is a medium/high level camp opportunity.

We are returning for a second year to the Cancun, Mexico area. The kids were so encouraging when we went last time and were so disappointed when COVID cancelled last two years trips. Come help us restart this ministry partnership. This is a medium/high level camp opportunity.
